28th March 2009

Visited Himeji Castle to take a look at "SAKURA" ... it just began its beautiful bloom and there will be more blossoms to enjoy in the coming days ...

Also visit KOKO-EN, a Japanese garden which was constructed in 1992 at the exact site of Nishi-Oyashiki (Lord's West Residence) with Himeji Castle. This place was built on the archaeologically excavated site of samurai houses and roads. It creates historical atmosphere with the magnificent view of Himeji Castle.

Photos taken outside the gardens before going home by super rapid train (half an hour ride)!
